The minimum permitted age to order goods from this Website is 18 years.

If you change your mind for whatever reason, return the unused item(s) in their original unopened packaging to “Sabre Leather Co Ltd” accompanied with the receipt and/or invoice and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund - no hassles, for your total peace of mind.
Payment
All prices are in pound sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Payment can be made securely using one of the following methods: MasterCard/Visa/Switch/ Solo/ Maestro card via our Website or by fax, post or telephone. We also accept cheques, banker’s drafts or electronic bank transfer. All payments are subject to validation checks and where required, authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment refuses to authorise, we have the right to cancel the order.
Availability
We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected, there might be occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur then we will contact you.
Delivery
We endeavour to process orders within 24 hours of receipt, in the majority of cases, orders received before 2pm Monday - Thursday will be processed the same day, orders received after 2pm may be dealt with on the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday cannot be guaranteed to be processed until the following Monday provided that day is not a UK bank holiday.
UK: The majority of our deliveries within the UK are made within 1-2 working days of payment authorisation. When an order is requested for priority despatch within the UK, the goods are dispatched within 1 working day of payment authorisation. Next Day delivery is guaranteed for next working day, for this purpose, weekends are not counted as working days.
Overseas: The majority of goods will be despatched using the Royal Mail's International Signed For service, average delivery time is between 5 - 10 working days; this is not a guaranteed delivery time. Express shipments to overseas countries can be arranged at extra cost, please contact us for a quote.
Sabre Leather Co Ltd will advise regarding the delivery date for out of stock items. Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods that are beyond our reasonable control i.e. acts of God, rioting, floods, fire etc. as a guide. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us.
Express shipments to overseas destinations can be arranged at extra cost, please contact us for a quote.Customs (Applicable to Non EU Countries)
You may be responsible for import duties and shipments may be subject to delay due to customs. Please contact your local customs office to confirm whether or not you may be liable for local taxes and duty upon arrival of any products supplied by Sabre Leather Co. Ltd. from the UK to you or your freight agent. Further information may be obtained from the USPS, UPS, FedEx and World Customs Organisation sites.
Damaged Goods
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, please notify the courier on delivery and advise Sabre Leather Co Ltd within 48 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that the goods have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact. We will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.
Returns Procedure
Any products returned unopened, unused and undamaged in line with the Distance Selling Directive are entitled to a 100% refund of the price of the product if we are informed within 7 days from receipt. You then have a further 7 days to return the product at your own expense. All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed including the reason for return. All returnable goods must be reported to Sabre Leather Co Ltd. Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted. Carriage charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the specifications on this Website are correct at the time of going to print however technical data, dimensions and weights serve only as a guide. Sometimes product specifications may change, in such instances we'll do our very best to inform you when placing your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate and the utmost care is taken to ensure the accuracy of these dimensions. No guarantee is given or implied that goods will confirm in absolute detail to the description or illustrations published.
Printing & Pricing Errors
In the event a product is listed at a wrong price due to a typographical (human) error or incorrect pricing information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to a contract being made.

These terms and conditions do not effect your statutory rights as a customer.
Product Guarantees
All products carry a standard 12 month guarantee. Should any fault arise within the first 12 months of ownership due to faulty materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, take necessary steps to repair or replace the defective part. This does not apply to faults caused by weather damage, accident, neglect, excessive wear & tear or misuse, for which there will be no repair or exchange. The guarantee will be deemed invalid if goods have not been treated in accordance with our instructions and/or have been altered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery Costs
A standard UK mainland delivery charge will be calculated on your order and added to your shopping basket, where the order does not meet the minimum order requirements. A high priority UK mainland delivery is available and can be selected when placing the order and is charged as indicated. Export orders delivery charge is calculated based on the delivery country. Where export rates are not pre-calculated within the Website we will quote accordingly in special circumstances. Please contact us with any specific requirements.
